Appointment Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy To ensure that I can provide the best service to all clients and accommodate everyone fairly, I kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). * No-shows may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). * If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and may be subject to the cancellation fee, as late arrivals can impact the schedule for other guests.
